These terms apply when you use pettags.online and when you place an order with us. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our privacy policy, shipping information and returns and guarantee page.

About us

This store is operated by Pet Tags Online (ABN 11 408 505 803). We are a genuine Red Dingo stockist based in Australia.

Our products

We sell genuine Red Dingo pet identification tags, engraved to your order. The on-screen preview is a guide to help you lay out your engraving; the finished tag is engraved by the manufacturer and the exact colour, finish and positioning may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Your engraving

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including the spelling of names and any phone numbers. Because each tag is made to your specification and engraved very quickly, please check your engraving carefully before you order. If you notice a mistake, contact us straight away — see our returns and guarantee page for what we can do.

We may refuse to engrave text that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or is offensive.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it by email. We may decline an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the engraving breaches these terms — in which case we will not charge you, or we will refund any payment taken.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Where GST applies, it is included in the price shown. We may correct obvious pricing errors. We offer free engraving and free delivery. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those rights. For details of how we handle faulty goods, replacements and refunds, see our returns and guarantee page.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for the consumer guarantees and other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, our liability to you is limited to resupplying the tag or refunding its price.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, images and design, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Red Dingo and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
