FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
All Red Dingo pet tags are sent via regular mail and are delivered by the Postal Service in your Country.
Pet tags generally take a couple days to arrive (depending on your location) but for example Australia Post have been known to regularly take anywhere between 7 & 10 working days. Please allow this full time for your order to reach you, however if it goes beyond 10 working days please email us. There is therefore no tracking on pet tags, and your items will arrive in a small white envelope simply put through your letter box by your local posty.
Australia Post won’t deliver regular mail i.e letters to a Parcel Locker address, this includes our Pet Tags. Your Locker is for parcels only. Please use a normal postal address or a PO Box Number
If using a business address to receive your pet id tag please ensure you have the full address noted on your order, a clear business name, number and street. Also ensure you mark the envelope for YOUR ATTENTION. If you have a mailbox room having your name marked on the envelope will ensure it reaches you and does not go astray.
Please see the link attached * Please see the engraved sample to determine how this tag will be engraved.

All pet tag orders are lodged simultaneously with Red Dingo’s servers, on completion of a successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email from Red Dingo to confirm all details entered are correct as well as an accurate preview of how your order will look. If at this stage there is anything you need to change, please notify them immediately by return of email. It is important that you do not wait too long here, and let them know IMMEDIATELY by return email. There is only a short window of time, as your tag needs to be dispatched 'same day'. Your pet’s new tag will then be engraved & a second email will be sent later in the day to confirm your order has now been dispatched. All tags are dispatched addressed to your pet (with your name is on the envelope too) but please bear this in mind if getting it sent to your work place. Please always list your company name on the envelope to assist with delivery purposes. We find a lot of mail that goes missing does not include the company name
